Аbout the Project 

We’re kicking off a bold, innovation-driven pilot in cooperation with a leading AI technology provider. The mission: to rethink how complex processes in the German energy market are structured and executed — not just to automate, but to intelligently transform them. 

This is not about building another workflow tool or pushing tickets through. It’s about using AI to dissect real-world complexity, understand patterns and co-create smarter solutions. You’ll work at the intersection of deep industry logic and cutting-edge tech — and build something that actually matters. 

What You’ll Actually Do 

·         Develop intelligent backend components in Python to support AI-driven process transformation. 

·         Translate  manual workflows into clean, scalable digital logic. 

·         Build and integrate logic that interacts directly with AI components to drive smarter system behavior. 

·         Collaborate closely with AI engineers and domain experts to co-design adaptive, value-driven solutions. 

·         Prototype, test, iterate — and challenge assumptions as you go. 

·         Understand the why behind the problem, not just the how of the implementation. 

What You Bring 

·         3+ years of experience with Python (or strong experience with comparable technologies). 

·         Solid understanding of APIs, data structures, and modern software design principles. 

·         A curious and analytical mind with the drive to explore complex systems. 

·         Experience with AI, machine learning, or intelligent systems is a big plus. 

·         Ability to work independently, contribute ideas, and collaborate across disciplines. 

·         Bonus points for experience in the energy/utilities sector. 

·         Fluent English; German is a plus but not required.
