Deine Aufgaben
- Classification of customer queries
- Classification of whether a problem can be solved directly or whether it must be forwarded to a developer/product owner
- Error analysis and troubleshooting
- Communication with staff and customers
- Interface between the Helpdesk and the other departments in the company
- Forwarding of unsolvable problems to third level support
Dein Profil
Essentials
- Good communication skills in German and English
- Professional experience as technical support or in the IT sector
- A high degree of customer-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- A good general IT knowledge (especially regarding standard software and operating systems)
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle, agile working methodology
Beneficial
- Knowledge of REST APIs is also advantageous
- A degree in business informatics, industrial engineering or comparative studies.
